"The situation has been resolved. I had a renters insurance policy and tried to cancel because I moved out of that apartment. I sent multiple emails to the agent and was told that the policy had been canceled. I receive an email nearly a year lager saying that the policy is being renewed and I am still being charged. The whole situation is very frustrating."

"I had coverage for over 2 years never missed a payment, they decided to cancel my auto policy WITHOUT TELLING ME, they said they sent an e mail but there was none. VERY unprofessional. Said it was a “company decision” to drop me for 2 accidents and a glass claim. Ridiculous. They will be good to you until they aren’t. Find a cheaper policy with nicer and more honest professional people at PROGRESSIVE. This is a very disloyal insurance group and they have no problem lying to your face. You have been warned."

"I've never had an insurance company reach out to me before,,,well, unless there was a premium due. But Curt Lewis's agency called just to see if I had any questions or wanted to review my policies. Since I did happen to have a question left unanswered by a different carrier's policy, I accepted the invitation. I had the pleasure of speaking with Brandi from Curt Lewis's office who was friendly and professional and took the time to answer all of my questions about the insurance industry's organizational structure and current trends. Brandi also explained how and why it is so important to get the right amount of coverage for the right reasons and even gave me a lead to find a better solution than that other carrier's policy. "I sent the mail and message to you many times. According to the mail content you reply at 1/8/24, my car’s insurance in statefarm should end at 1/28/24 and no more be charged by statefarm anymore. But i noticed that i still be charged by statefarm again when i checked my bank balance today. I also can’t enter statefarm app anymore to check any further information. Please help to check your mail and help to cancel my insurance at statefarm and return my this month payment."

"If you have the option, pick someone else. Terrible communication. I sent multiple requests through the website for someone to reach out to me for my homeowners insurance, which had been "processing" for weeks and never got a response or a call back. When I did finally get in touch with him, I had already requested to be transferred to another agent due to the lack of communication. When I let him know this, his response was basically "OK" and hung up on me. He then CANCELED MY HOMEOWNERS INSURANCE! No notification, no reason why, just suddenly my policy was no longer listed and I received a check in the mail. If this is your agent, or you're considering choosing him as your agent, switch to someone else and save yourself some trouble."
